The second race of the weekend at Autodrom Most was a great spectacle, as the track was constantly drying and every lap had different levels of grip for the F4 cars. Many overtakes occurred during the race, but the most important was the pass for the lead by Kirill Kutskov from Maffi Racing, who won his second race of the season.
The order on the grid was based on the Race 1 results, so the front row belonged to Miroslav Mikeš from JMT Racing and Max Karhan from Jenzer Motorsport, with Oscar Wurz and Kirill Kutskov starting from the second row.
Although it was no longer raining, the drivers started behind the safety car. Karhan chased Mikeš into the first chicane, but Mikeš held the inside line and defended his position. Wurz tried to attack his team mate Karhan, but the track was very slippery, resulting in slight contact between them.
Karhan again tried to attack Mikeš from the outside in the penultimate turn, meanwhile, Wurz took the inside line and both passed Mikeš.
But Wurz didn’t stop there and attacked the leader Karhan on the second lap. Again, there was slight contact between them and Wurz ran off the track. Their incident was under investigation but no further action.
Then the safety car was deployed right after that due to the stationary car of Michelle Jandová.
The order behind the safety car was Karhan, Kutskov, Mikeš, Phillipe Armand Karras, Michalina Sabaj, Oscar Wurz, Jean-Paul Karras, Marek Mičík and Kornelia Olkucka.
The sun began to shine and the track started to dry up as the race was restarted with Karhan in the lead, with Kutskov and Mikeš right behind him. Soon, Wurz was in the fight for the lead, passing Mikeš and preparing to attack Kutskov, who was still trying to pass Karhan.
Wurz passed Kutskov in the last corner and then outbraked Karhan in the first chicane, taking the lead of the race, followed by Kutskov on the next lap.
The order on the ninth lap was Wurz, Kutskov, Karhan, Mikeš, and Phillipe Armand Karras from Gender Racing Team, who joined the leading drivers, but the changes in the order continued, as Kutskov passed Wurz for the lead and Mikeš moved up to third.
Karhan was further under pressure from Phillipe Armand Karras, meanwhile, Mikeš passed Wurz for second, but they collided while braking into the penultimate corner, with Wurz ending up in the gravel as Mikeš continued without serious damage to his car.
Kirill Kutskov won his second race of the season. He beat his opponents and managed the difficult changing conditions on the drying track, with pole position man Miroslav Mikeš finishing second. Debutant Phillipe Armand Karras showed a great performance, crossing the line third, but received 5 seconds penalty for passing under yellow and was demoted to fourth. Karhan moved from fourth to third after Karras´s penalty. Marek Mičík from F4 Academy team finished in the top five, Jean-Paul Karras from Gender Racing team was sixth, and Maffi team driver Kornelia Olkucka seventh.
